  • What is the booking process, and how far in advance should we book your services?

    Our booking process is straightforward and can be done through the ‘Booking’ tab on the website. Once the form is submitted, one of our dedicated team members will reach out to you within 48 hours. We recommend securing your date as early as possible, typically several months in advance, to ensure availability.

  • Do you do event planning?

    No, we specialize in audiovisual rentals and production. However, we have established partnerships with reputable event planning professionals to ensure a comprehensive and seamless experience for our clients.

  • Can we request specific songs or provide a playlist for our event?

    Yes! We welcome your input and work with all of our clients before the event to incorporate specific songs or create a playlist that aligns with your preferences.

  • Do you handle event logistics such as setup, breakdown, and coordination with other vendors?

    Yes, we take care of all logistical aspects, including setup, breakdown, and coordination with other vendors to ensure a smooth event.

  • Are there additional fees for travel or equipment setup/breakdown?

    Our pricing includes travel within a certain radius, and setup/breakdown is factored into the overall package. Any additional fees will be transparently communicated.

  • What backup plans do you have in case of technical issues or emergencies?

    We have backup plans in place as well as spare equipment to address any technical issues or emergencies. This is to ensure the continuity of your event without disruptions.
